These terms and conditions govern the purchase of authentic perfumes, home fragrances, and related cosmetic products on billionscents.es operated by Billion Scents Spain. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed in EUR include applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA 21%). Customers may also view prices in USD, GBP, or AED via our real-time currency selector. The final charge will be settled in the selected currency at checkout with zero hidden surcharges.
3. Product Authenticity
Billion Scents warrants that 100% of fragrances supplied are authentic, original products manufactured by the brand houses stated on the packaging. We do not manufacture or sell imitations, replicas, or decants.
